I’m not writing anywhere near as regulary as I was on the old JS, I think it’s a combination of a lack of motivation to write and also not knowing whether to write here or on Blogspot.
This place still isn’t feeling like home, although it is nice to be in at the very begining of something new, there are a lot of bugs to be worked out and it still feels like a new house, without that lived in feel but it is good to have reconnected with so many old and new friends from JS (as my 67 friends so far can atest)
There are still a good few people missing who have yet to make their way here but it is nice that between here and Blogspot most are still accounted for.
My problem is though, that I grew to like writing at Blogspot and writing here doesn’t feel the same, however I’m not sure who is left at Blogspot to still read my ramblings, so I’m not sure what to do.
Write here and be as vague as possible until the privacy options and friends and faves options kick in, or write at Blogspot and keep this place for the social side of things or try to manage both places?

I can’t write here either. I like blog spot more. I’m already seeing the usual people I don’t want reading me on here, that bugs me (yep you heard that rumor here first stalker biatch) sorry had to let that one out.
I don’t think this is going to be the old JS. Somethings just can’t be errected (as some men probably can relate too lol)
At any rate I think we are all feeling the oddness.

I totally understand this. I am just here for the social aspect until the F&F option is added. I mostly write at my other place (I think you know where it is, if not let me know) and mirror a few entries here and there. I also have a secret journal on another site.
Where ever you are, let me know and I will be there.

Well you can password-protect your entries using the same password I do… we have most of the same people reading us, that would be interested in the sort of topic you need privacy on… plus, it’s just a flippin’ sweet password. Think about it… and hopefully soon the f/f option will be available. Patience, grasshopper…

I think we all feel a little lost at the moment. I am trying really hard to be open minded and give this place a chance but everything feels so rigid and well…just not right.

I am so lost too. I agree about finding it hard to even begin to write. I agree with Sammi. At least we all have a way to have private entries. I amy keep blogspot but check on it weekly. Stay around here most of the time to see what happens. I just want our community back.

I feel the same. I’m having blogging burnout and I’m actually thinking of not blogging at all anymore… yeh, ME! (that’ll be the day… ). And I’ve missed reading so many journals because I haven’t noticed they updated! *cry*
Blogger is missing a homepage and pm possibilities. This place is, like you said, missing the “home” feeling. And there are too many things still needed to be tweeked.
Oh, well…. I’m not giving up…. yet. *sigh*

So many people are conflicted. I don’t have a problem with either site. I just like the homepage here too much to leave it. Let us know where you land ok??
